They come 4 Flowers on each square panel of Tulle.
So.. you get the Tulle and cut out the Flowers.
As I do on all my Tulle Items.. you'll cut AROUND THE FLOWER. This lace is so lacy it needs to be on the tulle to keep the flower intact.
