This super cute patch of Black Betty Boop is stitched out on Material over Felt with an Iron-On Placement Adhesive backing.
Then cut out by hand by me... so please bare with me. Thanks!!

I was asked why all my Betty Boop's are Black.. Good Question!! Here's why..
**Esther Jones is the name of the real Betty Boop. The iconic cartoon character Betty Boop was inspired by a Black jazz singer in Harlem.**

For machine washing, turn garment inside-out before washing and drying.
Check ruler for size.

For Placement Adhesive, I used Ultra-Hold no sew Heat Bond
The instructions as follows.. Place material adhesive side down, on top of project. Press and hold iron for 8 seconds on each section until entire piece is bonded.
times listed above are for cotton. Iron light fabrics for only 6 seconds and an additional 2 seconds. *** I recommend a little sew tac around the edges or a little bit of fabric glue as well ***
