This Line Art Sistah is stitched out in Black thread on White Glitter Vinyl.

She's right around 4" and has piece of placement adhesive on the back.
I no longer offer Iron-on Adhesive. I call it Placement Adhesive AND because it does NOT COVER the entirety of the patch you will need to sew it down or use some fabric

I used Ultra-Hold no sew Heat Bond and the directions for use follow.
** Place material adhesive side down, on top of project. Press and hold iron for 8 seconds on each section until entire piece is bonded.
times listed above are for cotton. Iron light fabrics for only 6 seconds and an additional 2 seconds. ** On the front of the package it says Permanent, No Stream required, Machine Washable.
